Why does my TENS unit keep flashing zero when I raise the intensity?
The unit may hold the intensity at zero when it does not detect a complete connection. Switch it off, firmly connect the lead wire and both electrode pads, then place the pads flat on clean, dry skin. Turn the unit on and raise the intensity slowly. Check the KONGZEE setup and troubleshooting guide if the display still flashes zero.
What is included with the KONGZEE 4 in 1 TENS and EMS unit?
The complete kit includes the rechargeable controller, lead wires and 12 reusable electrode pads. It offers TENS, EMS, Massage and DIY modes, 40 intensity levels and independent controls for channels A and B. Review the complete product details and supplied manual before choosing a mode.
How do the independent A and B channels work?
Channels A and B have separate intensity controls, so each connected area can be adjusted from its lowest level. Connect the pads and lead wires while the controller is off, then increase one channel at a time. Do not place electrodes so current passes across the chest.
Are TENS electrode pads reusable and how should I store them?
Yes. Apply the pads to clean, dry skin and handle them by the edges. After each session, return them to their plastic backing and seal them in their storage bag. Replace pads that are dry, damaged, lifting or causing uneven stimulation. Our electrode pad care guide provides more storage and cleaning tips.
Where can I place TENS electrode pads safely?
Place pads on clean, dry, intact skin near the area you want to address, following the supplied manual. Never place them on the head, front or sides of the neck, broken or numb skin, or in a pattern that sends current across the chest.
